Meaning well and wanting to protect orchids from fungus attacks and infections which can lead to bacterial infections and all sorts of other issues that can take the orchid out, and then, doing something that actually takes the orchid out, is as close to a disaster as it can be. I had copper fungicide, but I overdosed on this occasion as I was expecting a lot of rain to follow. I was planning for the rain to flush the pots and with that, the orchids would be protected. The rain never came and I lost many orchids due to this treatment. Here is an example that fought back together with me! I consider this orchid rescued, 2 years later! #beginners #orchidcare
