Chapter 9: Self-Evident Axioms

(1) I hold this truth to be self-evident: I am a supernatural consciousness of a soul and a mind.

I am a soul therefore I experience sensations and feel emotions.

I am a mind therefore I think conscious thoughts and make conscious choices.

(2) I hold this truth to be self-evident: I provisionally have a natural body/brain that communicates with my supernatural soul and mind.

My eyes, nerves, and brain transmit a sense of sight to my soul.

My ears, nerves, and brain transmit a sense of sound to my soul.

My tongue, nerves, and brain transmit a sense of taste to my soul.

My nose, nerves, and brain transmit a sense of smell to my soul.

My skin, nerves, and brain transmit a sense of touch (pressure and hot/cold) to my soul.

My brain transmits recorded and processed memories to my soul/mind.

My soul transmits emotions to be processed by my brain.

My mind transmits conscious thoughts to be processed by my brain.

My mind transmits conscious choices to be processed by my brain.

My soul experience some isolated emotions that are not transmitted to my brain.

My mind conducts some isolated thoughts that are not transmitted to my brain.

My brain/nerves makes some subconscious choices (reflexes/habits) without input from the mind.

My brain/nerves conducts some subconscious processes (calculations) without input from the mind.

(3) I hold this truth to be self-evident: I have an eternal Creator.

The Creator is from everlasting to everlasting (always existed and will always exist).

I did not always exist, I did not create myself, and I cannot un-create myself.

(4) I hold this truth to be self-evident: I was designed by an emotional-intelligent Creator.

My Creator is a supernatural consciousness of soul and a mind that experiences sensations, feels emotions, thinks conscious thoughts, makes conscious choices, and feels emotions to a greater degree than myself.

I am designed as a shadow/image of my Creator; my Creator created me to also be a soul and mind that can provisionally have a body/brain.

(5) I hold this truth to be self-evident: I can trust my Creator or I can trust nothing.

(6) I hold this truth to be self-evident: The Creator innately is the ultimate power and authority.

(7) I hold this truth to be self-evident: The Creator is the ultimate standard of morality by definition.

(8) I hold this truth to be self-evident: My purpose, freedoms, worth, fate are valued by my Creator.

(9) I hold this truth to be self-evident: Some choices can be pleasing, neutral, or displeasing to my Creator.

(10) I hold this truth to be self-evident: The best thing I can do is to make choices that are pleasing to my Creator.

All that I am is nothing but what has been created by my Creator.

All that I know is nothing but knowledge that has been granted to me by my Creator.

All that inspires me is nothing but what has been inspired by my Creator.

All that I have is nothing but what has been granted to my Creator.

All of my freedom is nothing but what has been allowed by my Creator.

All that I can give to my Creator is what has been given to me by my Creator, my free choices.

I can choose to seek to know what pleases my Creator or I can choose to neglect my Creator.

I can choose to make choices that are pleasing to my Creator or make choices that are displeasing to my Creator.
