DUD or SPUD - The Borrower | MOVIE REVIEW

The Borrower from 1991 is about an Alien who is sent to Earth as punishment and proceeded to 'borrow' peoples heads. Not sure how the Borrowing aspect of that works but there we go.
He's cool with people running him over but kills you if you save him, so he's learnt how to be a human all too quick!
