A Credible Rant - Lewis Edwards

I will spare you the facts of what he did (you can see below what he did and what the comment from his former employers is) but this is sadly now not uncommon within our Police Forces - after the convictions of Wayne Couzens, David Carrick and now Lewis Edwards, there is a real problem within our Police Forces and Society in general.

The question is how do we fix this?
