Here again is another awesome zoom with Liz and the number 8 crew

With her extensive knowledge of history, the treaty, 1688 and 1990 BoRAs and everything in between, Liz shows us how Article 3 of the treaty of Waitangi applies to all of us "ordinary people" as protection of our rights such as Freedom of Speech to name but one. The courts are quick to use the ToW for their uses so we can use it for ours too! Stop Co Governance...Stop SNAs... Get rid of WEF...

Liz also highlights the point regarding employment cases that 1990 BoRA is lawfully supported in (writing!!) in employment law. 1688 BoRA could be added to great effect. The Court of Appeal will be hearing a case in the near future where a judge failed badly but actually highlighted how clearly BoRa is included in ERA etc. We look forward to hearing how that goes

Liz also takes us through the Police vax mandate case from 25th Jan 2022 and what Judge Yardley found from the evidence given by Deputy Police Commissioner Kura. She basically states they couldn't be bothered working with individual workers - a blanket mandate was much easier, unlawful but easier
Quote from his findings as he reflects on Kura's evidence -

"This justification for the Order seems to be close to one based on administrative convenience, which is not a compelling justification for limiting rights."
