In this second part, I cover the rest of 2011 and my arrival at the hotel in 2012, where the surveillance expanded ten-fold. I talk about the very first television news network to get involved in the surveillance campaign - CNBC - and my ensuing influence over news stories and the beginning of my influence over policy decisions of the US government under the Obama White House.
