He encourages all of us and especially his medical colleagues to speak up, "I just want to speak to my colleagues, other doctors that know what’s going on and haven’t really stood up for their patients. I just want to say that when your opportunity comes, I hope that you take it and not choose to sit down, and rather that you choose to stand up."
