The SBU exposed the special services of the Russian Federation for recruiting Ukrainian teenagers for anti-Semitic provocations in various regions of Ukraine

The Security Service exposed new attempts by Russian special services to destabilize the internal situation in Ukraine and discredit our state on the international stage.

Russian special services tried to incite anti-Semitic sentiments in Zhytomyr Oblast, as well as in Dnipro, Lviv, and Vinnytsia by recruiting minor Ukrainian youths.

The group included 13-17-year-old students from local schools. For their remote recruitment, the special services of the Russian Federation created a youth radical right-wing Telegram channel.

Media files obtained in this way were "dispersed" by the Russian special services in foreign media as fake publications to discredit Ukraine.

🔹 Yes, in Zhytomyr Oblast:
a 15-year-old schoolboy from the city of Radomyshl was exposed, whom the representatives of the aggressor country psychologically "processed" over the Internet for a long time.

The occupiers demanded that the young man put anti-Semitic inscriptions on one of the memorial signs in the region.

🔹 In Dnipro, Lviv and Vinnytsia:
local members of the Russian-controlled Telegram channel were also exposed. They turned out to be four schoolchildren from local educational institutions.

It has been documented how representatives of the Russian special services called on them to commit acts of vandalism at memorial sites of Holocaust victims.

Currently, all the exposed facts are being investigated within the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ Part 2 Art. 297 (insulting a grave, other place of burial or the body of the deceased);
▪️ Part 1 Art. 300 (import, manufacture or distribution of goods that promote the cult of violence and cruelty, racial, national or religious intolerance and discrimination);
▪️ Part 1 Art. 436-1 (production, distribution of communist and Nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes).

The SBU calls on parents to be vigilant in order to prevent the influence of enemy special services on Ukrainian children.
