The CCP’s fishing fleet and seafood processing industry committed huge violations of human rights

10/24/2023 【Hearing of Congressional-Executive Commission on China】Congressman Chris Smith: The CCP’s distant water fishing fleet and seafood processing industry are involved in egregious violations of human rights, exploiting the forced labor of Uyghur and North Koreans. These seafood made their way into the U.S market and even into the meals served in American schools and military bases. Governments and the private sectors have been complicit in these activities, and the US government needs to launch a full investigation into this!
