In in the author Rebecca Traister says that suddenly politicians and social scientists are saying that to solve men's and women's problems marriage is the answer. It's not that men are eager to get married but the media and the establishment that are pushing this. They are saying that happiness and marriage are connected and that the reason people are less happy is because they aren't tying the knot. I'm more fulfilled and content now then I ever was being in 2 relationships that lasted 15 years. But am I happier, not exactly. Because happiness is kind of pointless. You feel happy but I don't know about you it makes me fat and lazy and you waste a lot of your life in Netflix and chill mode. People are also happy while eating a bag of Doritos until they get fat and start to resemble a bag of Doritos but then have to deal with the health consequences. The article VL sent me is too long and wordy, what do you expect from a whamen writer and you should be happy that I read it so that you don't have to. Rebecca points out mainstream articles like the one from that Atlantic recently called "Take a wife . . . Please!" Or a book by Brad Wilcox called: "Get-Married: Why Americans Must Defy the Elites, Forge Strong Families, and Save Civilization. There were other articles too and some from liberals and women saying that a two parent household was better than a single parent household. But it's hilarious how suddenly they are trying to make marriage based. For the longest time the elites were complaining there were too many useless eaters in soyciety and now they are starting to complain that there aren't enough of us. That's what I really hear when I read this. Just as I started scripting this I came across an article called "The millennials divorce mystery - young couples are staying together more than their parents. What's their secret?" The secret is that kids rebel against their parents by doing the opposite just to spite them and that's why suddenly it's popular to get married again. Being traditional and getting married is becoming counter-culture. We are seeing that with passport bros leaving America and looking for foreign brides.
