Quick preparation and easy recipe! This peanut butter banana brownies recipe is for those who can’t/don’t want to eat eggs, flour, refined sugar or gluten.

Ingredients:

2 bananas(250 g without peel/8.8 oz)
120 g peanut butter(1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tbsp carob powder/cocoa
1/2 tbsp baking powder
grease with coconut oil/ or other
chocolate chips(optional)/ strawberries
bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
