1 ripe banana
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice) optional
1 tbsp peanut butter
160 ml milk/ plant milk(2/3 cup)
2-3 tbsp protein powder(30g)
2 tbsp carob powder/ cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
75 g oat flour/~ 2/3 cup
2 pcs ramekin 9x5 cm/ 4x2 inches
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C /360°F

3-4 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp carob powder/ cocoa
1 Ferrero Rocher(optional)
