A delicious cake with banana, chocolate and oats that everyone will love!

120 g oat flakes
250 ml hot milk/ plant milk
2 ripe small bananas(160 g without peel)
2 medium eggs
pinch of salt
30 g carob powder/ cocoa
5 g baking powder(1 teaspoon)
40 g raisins and cranberries
40 g mix of chopped nuts
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

70 g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil/ or other
