Ingredients:

120g cream cheese at room temp.(1/2 cup)
2 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
170 g yogurt at room temperature(1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
6 Oreo cookies
bake 15 minutes at 190°C/380°F
refrigerate for 1 hour
