90 g rolled oats(1 cup)
1 banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
150 ml milk/ plant milk(2/3 cup)
1 teaspoon Nutella (optional)
add your favorite fruits
pieces of dark chocolate (optional)
