Ingredients:

1 egg
pinch of salt
60 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 ml milk/ plant (1/4 cup )
60 ml melted and cooled butter(1/4 cup)
80 g oat flour(3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
65 g blueberries(1/2 cup)
almond flakes (optional)
bake 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F
