2 eggs
70 ml milk/ plant milk(1/3 cup)
60 ml maple syrup(1/4 cup)
45 ml coconut oil(1/5 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
160 g oat flour(1 3/4 cup)
6 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
pinch of salt
50g peanut butter/biscoff spread(3 1/4 tbsp)
bake 45-50 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
