Ingredients:

2 eggs
pinch of salt
50 g sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
70 ml vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
170 ml milk/ plant milk(3/4 cup)
50 g corn starch(1/2 cup)
230 g oat flour(1 3/4 cup)
7 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
1 tbsp carob powder/ cocoa
add your favorite topping
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
