Ingredients:

1 egg
pinch of salt
60 g sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc) 1/4 cup
60 g yogurt (1/4 cup)
60 ml vegetable oil(1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon orange extract/ lemon extract
225 g wheat semolina(1 1/4 cup)
5 g baking powder(1 teaspoon)
cover with plastic film and leave for 10 minutes
powdered sugar
bake 10-15 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
