Ingredients:

40 g raisins(1/4 cup)
150 g rolled oats(1 3/4 cup)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 carrots(160 g/5.64 oz)
100 g/3.52 oz pear (without skin)
50 g walnuts(1/2 cup)
2 eggs
1 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, stevia, etc)
1 tbsp sunflower oil
20 x 8 cm/ 7.8 x 3.15 inch baking form

bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
powdered sugar (optional)
