This Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal is a healthy & hearty breakfast recipe that your entire family will love. It's gluten-free and dairy-free with no refined sugar.

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
1 egg
40 g rolled oats(1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon peanut butter(optional)
1/2 apple
optional: sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc)
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
