This oat flour banana bread is a moist and hearty loaf that does not use traditional flour whatsoever! Made in just 5 minutes it uses simple ingredients and requires minimal prep!
When it comes to oat flour recipes, my favorites to make are muffins, cookies, and this oat flour banana bread. Use overripe bananas if you want it to be sweeter.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 g melted butter(1.75 oz)
2 ripe bananas(200 g/7 oz without peel)
50 g chopped walnuts(1.75 oz)
130 g oat flour(3.5 oz)
7 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
you can also add sweetener if you want it to be sweeter
1 banana for decoration
chocolate drops(optional)
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
