Overlanding Namibia From The Ocean To The Desert

Today we go from the desert to the ocean and back into the desert! Our day started strong with a FANTASTIC boat ride in Walvis bay were we met tons of friendly animals including dolphins, pelicans and Junior the seal! And let's not forget about the delicious meal we've had as well.

Our next destination, Swakopmund! Upon arrival we took some time, we took some time to visit a little coffee shop and walked around town before settling on The Tug restaurant for dinner. I great choice if I may say.

After dinner, it was time to head to our campsite for the night called Windpomp 14 where we all slept in our rooftop tents by the ocean. I was a beautiful place to wake up to at sunrise.

Finally, to get a little rush of adrenaline before hitting the road once, again, we made a quick stop at Desert Explorers for some sand dune bashing on ATVs. It was a LOT of fun!
