Senator Steiner who sits on the Ways and Means Committee of the Oregon legislature explains how Oregon government intends to pay for the I-5 bridge. From 2009 - 2013 $200 million has been spent to study the bridge replacement. Yet nothing has been done. BONDS and TOLLS are being discussed to pay for the bridge.
