Our next exhibition at the Oshawa Museum for the summer of 2016 will be travelling to us from Bruce County Museum and Archives it is called Freemasonry: A History Hidden in Plain Sight, this exhibition that promotes the knowledge, appreciation and understanding of Masonic history and Freemasonry’s influence upon our society today.

With this upcoming exhibition, I thought this ring from the Museum’s collection would be a great item to highlight since it belonged to the donor’s mother who was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star or (OES) for short.
