The SBU eliminated new "evasion schemes": the head of the Military Committee and the head of the VLK were among the detainees

The Security Service has blocked 3 more schemes to evade mobilization in different regions of Ukraine.

Among those detained are the head of the military committee and the head of the military medical commission in Kharkiv and the head of the department of one of the institutes in Transcarpathia.

For money, the attackers offered potential conscripts to avoid mobilization and leave for the European Union on the basis of forged documents.

The cost of such "services" ranged from 1 to 8 thousand US dollars. The amount depended on the urgency of making the fake.

🔹 Yes, in Kharkiv:
two leaders of the Military Committee and the Military Medical Commission in the regional center were exposed.

According to the investigation, the head of the VLK entered difficult diagnoses in the medical cards of conscripts for money. At the same time, her accomplice, a military officer, certified with his signature the conclusions about the clients' unfitness for military service due to their health.

In the future, the evaders planned to use the forgery for illegal travel abroad.

So far, the suspect, a military commissar, has already been notified of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ Part 3 Art. 332 (facilitating the illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine, committed for selfish reasons);
▪️ Part 1 Art. 366 (official forgery).

In addition, the criminal actions of the head of the military medical commission are classified under Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (official forgery).

🔹 In Transcarpathia:
the head of the department of social work of one of the local institutes, who sold student tickets to evaders, was exposed.

While in the position of head of the higher education admissions committee, he arranged for his clients to study "outside the competition" and even without passing entrance exams.

After enrolling in the educational institution, the petitioners applied for a postponement of the draft.

🔹 In Cherkasy:
a resident of Odesa, previously tried for robbery and banditry, who promised the petitioner forged documents for going abroad in exchange for money, was detained.
