Installing a Portable Distribution of Windows Terminal

Windows Terminal 1.17+ supports portable mode whereby settings can be kept right next to the terminal app (wt.exe) to make it easy to copy a pre-configured terminal distribution between machines instead of needing to install and configure it on each machine.
