Caramel Chocolate Cake that melts in your mouth. Simple & Delicious

Ingredients :-

For cake sponge.....

Egg 1
Vanilla powder 8 gm - 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 120 gm - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Milk 70 ml - 6 tbsp
Vegetable oil 70 ml - 6 tbsp
All purpose flour 120 gm - 6 tbsp
Cocoa powder 20 gm - 2 tbsp
Baking powder 7 gm - 1.5 tsp

Pan size 22 cm X 22 cm

Bake in preheated oven at 180C for total 30 minutes
First 15 minutes turn on lower heat then turn on upper heat also for remaining 15 minutes

For cake Frosting.......

Milk 125 ml - 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 125 ml - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 30 gm - 3 tbsp
Sugar 100 gm - 1/2 cup

Milk 200 ml - 3/4 cup

For caramel preparation....

Roasted peanut 100 gm
Sugar 150 gm - 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
Unsalted butter 30 gm
Yogurt 125 gm - 1/2 cup

For better result Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
