Teufelsrad is the German word for 'Devil's Wheel' which is a Human Roulette Wheel amusement ride. This has been a very popular attraction at Oktoberfest celebrations since 1910.

The trick is to position yourself in the middle for a good chance winning hence the rush to be seated in the middle of the that platform by the participants.

Once all on board and ready, its starts to spin starting slowly and gradually getting faster. Whoever manages to stay on in the end wins.
