African Stream Reaction To Gaza Hospital Horror

African Stream has been watching with horror the humanitarian catastrophe and mass loss of civilian life being visited upon Gaza. Our latest reaction video focuses on the hospital tragedy - in which hundreds are claimed to have died, and which the Palestinian authorities blame on an Israeli air strike, while Tel Aviv says it was a failed rocket launch by Palestinian Islamic Jihad. We have very clear views on this.

We also explain why this war - which may seem remote from our continent - should matter to Africans: in short, our own fight against the colonial oppressors was helped by international solidarity, and we now have a duty to support oppressed peoples elsewhere.
