Some Hot & Crispy Chicken 65 gracing your feed today!
Serve alongside rice and curry or make paratha wraps with it.
I've used chicken breast pieces here to quicken the frying process. You can use chicken thighs as well or bone-in pieces but frying time will vary accordingly.

Ingredients
500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
Juice of half a lemon
Salt to taste ( abt 1/2 tsp )
15 curry leaves, chopped finely
3 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp hot chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, pinch of turmeric
1 heaped tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup whisked yogurt /curd
Few drops of red food gel color ( optional )

Just before frying - 3-4 tbsp rice flour

Method:
- Marinate Chicken & Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum ( up to overnight )
- Just before frying, mix in 3 tbsp Rice Flour
- Deep fry each piece for 6 mins
- I like to add a few curry leaves & slit green chillies and fry for 30 secs; & Garnish the fried chicken with it.
- Serve hot. Goes great on the side of my mix veg pulao! Enjoy☺️
