Chemtrails in Illinois in 2009?

This is a video of the Chemtrails that I would see everyday for years. Make up your own mind as to what these are. Today and for the last couple of years, the skies have been clear. A few years back a pattern of crosshatch trail would remain in the skies for hours all year around and for several years.
