Who is a pastor? Who is a priest?

Is the way we practice the system of church even biblical? Is one teacher at church services even biblical? Is Christianity really just a continuation of Catholicism? Are there really any differences between a Christian pastor and a Catholic priest? Does the bible actually support our current order of church services where we only have a monologue? Or does the bible support a dialogue at every gathering? Would we have the confusion and multiple denominations if all teachers were teaching the same thing? Why do we have over 4,000 religions? 4,400 to be exact. The called-out assembly has multiple teachers. The modern church only has one.
