Zone Exercise Series Part .2

This one is still Zone 1. Zone 1 is our base chakra and is all to do with safety and security. Especially financial stress!

If you don’t have a swiss ball you can still do this exercise and turn it into a breathing squat. Always inhaling when coming up and breathing out when coming down! 5 minutes minimum for this one.
