Are there rewards to doing carnivore?

Rewards can be found in anything a person does. In this video I talk about rewarding myself with the opportunity of working to compete in a 10k race. This will be the first in a series of videos of me preparing for a 10k race by building up my stamina and competing in more 5k races.

I hope that you follow along as I continue down my carnivore journey, but now am adding some complexity to that journey.
