RACIALLY BULLIED

🚨#TRIGGERWARNING 🚨 On August 25th, 16-year-old Grace Clay says she was racially bullied, harassed, and held against her will by her white Volleyball teammates.

According to Clay, her Babcock High School (near Ft. Myers, Florida) teammates barricaded her in their hotel room and hit her with pillows while shouting.

The white teammates were suspended for just ONE game, and no further disciplinary action has been taken. The high school’s principal, Amanda Sanford(who is white), ruled that the students’ actions were not “racially discriminatory.”

The Clay family and Lee County NAACP plan to file a class action federal complaint with the U.S. Justice Department.
