This is a little kitten Cowbert that demonstrates the most pathetic and plaintive whine you’ve ever heard! Cowbert does it when he wants to be loved but mom for some reason is busy with something else. Cowbert thinks that mom should not be busy with anything if she has such an adorable kitten! The kitten also has siblings and they are too small to walk around the house. Therefore they are locked in one room. They have everything they need there including the cat tree but mom is not able to spend much time with them. When mom does not come often, Cowbert starts whining, giving his super adorable sideways look!
