He filed complaints but got no results, "Even when I filed a complaint for the violation of my privacy and I got that letter from the privacy office saying that the provincial government didn’t have the authority to do what it did under those two pieces of legislation, I thought for sure there would have been some kind of sanction put against Dr. Henry, but there wasn’t."
