Got 2 warnings on for saying I am happy on youtube

Someone posted that her governor had made a decision on landpurchase and that was good for her and all I said was I am happy for you that you got good news. It was my first post in a long time. She also said something about high up individuals and so I named a mainstream media official list of names and what consortiums they are linked to. The reply was not added and vanished. This is what youtube showed me on screen. I posted an o.m.g. explaining that youtube gave me a warning. I got the same warning again for the second post.
