Menopause Taboo: Black Women's Silent Struggle Exposed #menopauserelief

I gave a talk to the African and Caribbean Health Network recently and it was really interesting preparing the talk for them about menopause for International Women's Day and it's very interesting that black women suffer probably more severe symptoms of menopause but they don't talk about it and they may suffer symptoms longer but it's it's still much less talked about that.
