Our guest today is known as the 'mindbodymechanic.' Aptly named so as he is a Certified Calligraphy Yoga Instructor, Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practioner. He has degrees in Human Movement and Health Sciences which have served him well in his 20+ years in the Martial Arts. He has practiced various styles including Tai Chi, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wing Chun, but it is Yang Mian Chuan that he has the most experience in, having learned from the founder Master Yang Zhen Hwa.
