We note glancing at Romans 2, we see how often Paul refers to the Torah in his text to the believers in Rome. Here in just 4 verses, he mentions the Torah 11 times. The point is that Paul taught about the Torah, and believed it was valid for the life of the believers (Romans 3:31). The Torah has not passed away.
