Ingredients:

1 banana(120 g without peel)
30 g rolled oats(1/3 cup)
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon almond flakes
1 tablespoon peanut butter(20 g)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 ml almond milk/ or your favorite (3/4 cup)
50 ml water(1/5 cup)
put on medium heat for few minutes and stir continuously until thickened
leave to cool and put in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight
30 g dark chocolate(optional)
decorate as you like
