Ingredients:

1 large ripe banana
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80 g peanut butter(1/3 cup)
65 g rolled oats(3/4 cup)
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
smear with honey
greek yogurt
