Ingredients:

120 g oat flour(1 1/3 cup)
3 tbsp carob powder/ cocoa(30 g)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder(5 g)
2 medium ripe bananas
100 ml hot milk/ plant milk(2/5 cup)
70 ml vegetable oil(1/3 cup)
2 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons yogurt(60 g)
50 g hazelnuts(1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon cranberry
1 tablespoon of candied fruit
23 x 10 cm/ 9 x 4 inches baking tray
bake 50-55 minutes at 180°C /360°F
