Ingredients:

80 g oat flakes(gluten free)~ 1 cup
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
15 g melted butter(1 tbsp)
1 apple and 1 medium carrot
30 g chopped walnuts(~3 tbsp)
1 tablespoon raisins
18 x 13 cm/ 7 x 5 inces baking form
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
