Ingredients:

2 medium eggs/ or flax eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
80 g greek yogurt(1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons Applesauce
60 g grated carrot(1/2 cup)
30 g chopped nuts(~ 3 tablespoons)
20 g raisins(2 tablespoons)
70 g almond flour(~ 3/4 cup)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
baking soda(1/4 teaspoon)
baking form 19 cm/ 7.5 inches
bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
Cream:
140 g cream cheese(Philadelphia)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp powdered sweetener
chopped nuts for decoration(optional)
