OREGON Parent whose students have been bullied speaks out at NCSD board meeting

Mike is a parent of students in the North Clackamas School District. His students have been bullied relentlessly for months. He has spoken to teachers, principals and other staff about this bullying and nothing has been done. In Nov 2022 he began attending school board meetings to speak up and ask that something be done. As of now I do not believe anything has changed. I uploaded this video to make people aware.
