Fix, Repair, Modify kit...

This is more of a shelter in place or long term sewing/modifying kit for clothing, outdoor gear, and even heavy duty upholstery. I know this is not a popular subject, but what happens when you can no longer go out for a change of clothes or gear? What happens when your scavenging backpack falls apart from use and weather?
