That Is Circular Logic!

How to know how much you should eat?
-we are all different
It goes in a circle...that is not a solution...
'you are gaining weight because eating too much;
we know you are eating too much because gaining weight'
There is never a calorie deficit, because it is a balanced equation
If you say: [Body Fat = cal in - cal out]
3 variables
1-reduce calories IN
--that COULD reduce body fat OR
--could reduce calories OUT

Example: reduce calories in from 2000 to 1500 a day
'this will certainly work to lose body fat'
BUT--it almost NEVER WORKS
in every single study: you don't continue to burn 2000 cal/day!
What happens is:
You eat 1500 cal/day
Your body burns 1500 cal/day
Your body fat stays same
